I was visiting from out of town and needed a private place to work and do client calls. The private office was a great deal! Like other comments said, it isn't quite soundproof so just be mindful if you need to have sensitive meetings. Overall, I liked the space and the coffee was great. I took off a star because I was working in a mountain time zone and they were strict about non-members not being able to stay after 5pm even though it is a 24hr space. I explained I'm working from another time zone and I had a client call past 5pm, but there wasn't flexibility to accommodate. I ended up moving to Alcove, which is a pay by the hour space, to take my call from there. So just keep that limitation in mind if you're visiting and working in another time zone.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, convenient, and has great facilities with a range of options from open desks to offices to conference rooms and beyond. Also has on-site phone rooms for calls, printing services, and office supplies. A great all-around experience at a tremendous value!

Great place. Relaxed environment, beautiful building, solid wifi, great coffee. Staff is always on top of things and super nice. I've been working here two or three days per week for a couple years, always look forward to spending a day there. Highly recommended.

Working from this location in New York City has been a game changer for me. Since I became a member, Sarah and Valerie have consistently exceeded my expectations.
