We did not have a great experience overall with Caul Group listing our house. As first time home sellers, we needed a lot more organization and guidance than we received. What would have been very helpful would have been a checklist or overview of what happens and what we need to do at each stage of the process (before listing, during listing, after offer is accepted, closing, etc.) Most of the communication was sent a day or two via email or group text before we needed to do something or know something. I found it really suprising that we didn't even get a personal phone call to go over the offer we eventually received and accepted. Additionally, there were lots of miscommunications or lack of communication it seemed among Caul Group, McCall Law, and Sterling Law who all played roles during this process. For example, we submitted ahead of time various pieces of information and then were asked for that information again later on which delayed things. Our names were even initially misspelled on legal documents. The lack of attention to detail put extra pressure on us as sellers to check and recheck that everything was correct. Things were missed and not running on time (Sterling Law in particular, even with a scheduled appointment and nobody else in the office except us and the attorneys). It seemed that most of the communication was pawned off on adminstrative assistants at Caul Group and that did not work well. We were contacted a week after closing about an overcharge on our closing documents as well - I thought that was crazy! How could final closing documents not be correct? And we weren't given our refund on the overcharge until my husband reached out again about it days later. Would not recommend them, especially to first time sellers. The most organized, helpful part of the entire process was Caul Group sending a staging expert to our house. She gave us a detailed checklist of everything she recommended for us to do, and I think this really helped our house sell quickly - we spent a couple of months doing all of the things on her list. Secondly, the photographer they provided for our listing photos did a phenomenal job which I think also helped our house sell quickly.

I had the good fortune to work with an excellent agent from the Caul Real Estate Group. Her knowledge and level of professionalism was outstanding. Unfortunately, my experience with the broker was completely different. I found her to be extremely cheap and unconcerned with providing quality customer satisfaction. My experience with Tina Caul was that she showed little regard for client service and appeared to care only about the commission she would receive—even in a situation where her company did nothing to earn it. I found this behavior appalling and inconsistent with the ethical standards one should expect in this profession. I am a very experience top producing real estate agent from another state and I was shocked at how she handled my situation. Because of the broker’s approach and code of ethics, I strongly recommend finding another agency. At the end of the day, even the best agents are required to follow their broker’s decisions, no matter how unfair those decisions may be.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Coven.
