Stay as far away as possible from this place! I have a virtual office here and it’s been an absolute nightmare! They run a scam- their system has taken out my card, then charges late fees for not having a card on file- even though they removed it! I’ve tried to dispute and have gotten no where. I even sent them the proof that I had put my card on file for reaccuring payments. They removed it and intitally were blaming me. Now, they have charged me the late fees even though I did not authorize payment for those. And to make matters worst, there’s no way I can discontinue services because of a two year contract. Whatever you do, do NOT open a virtual office here. This place is a scam. Now I will be on a cycle of having to pay late fees that I’m not responsible for. Absolutely unethical and unacceptable. Beware of this scaming place!

As long as you are working in the space it's great. Omar is wonderful and helpful and the space is good. My angst comes with the "retainer" I was there on a month to month and was charged a "retainer" up front and then a couple months later a second one. Never understood it but it was in my contract. When I gave notice to leave I requested my $1400 back - that was March 29. It is June 11 I don't have my money back. Omar has been trying to help me and finally he got a message (not me) that I will have it 7-10 days after the end of the month. It is June now. Three and a half months AFTER I gave notice. No one would respond to my emails other than automated emails. I can find no one behind the curtain. Now, they are still holding my $1400 another month for NO REASON. I will not be back and I will encourage anyone considering it not to go either....I hope I see my money.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.

While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Regus to discuss accommodating your adjustments.

  • Regus - Regency Parkway is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
