Alicia has such a wonderful personality and was an absolute pleasure to work with! She truly went above and beyond to assist me. The shredder bin was full and not scheduled for pickup for a couple of weeks, but Alicia quickly stepped in with a solution. She kindly allowed me to drop off my papers and personally kept them secure until the bin was available again.
