• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Incubizo.

• Can I visit Incubizo before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  Incubizo operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at Incubizo? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, Incubizo has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs and Meeting Rooms for an entire day.
