The Top of Troy building is the tallest structure in Troy and can be seen from other buildings throughout the entire Metro Detroit/Tri-state area. We are easily accessible from most area highways, including right off the I-75 exit/entrance ramp. When traveling pretty much anywhere, it is undeniable the magnificence of this building, as you will be drawn not only to the monument, but also the beautiful cascading glass façade facing North and huge silver PNC lettering that is displayed prominently on the top. Our suite will be located on the 20th floor and we just may have the best views from our encased, floor to ceiling windows, in the entire state! Each office room features high ceilings and incredible views from the 20th floor. One side faces South and you can easily see Detroit and Southfield. The other side of the Suite faces Northeast and showcases more city-views and the I-75 interchange (mesmerizing to say the least!). Either facade gives you an impressive view right from your desk. Our welcoming receptionist will show clients to the appropriate conference room or to your private office. I signed up hoping to get business address so that my google business account would show this business address than my home/office address. I asked the business managers or officials to help me on this since July 2025. I was told to do this and that…nothing helped. I asked to cancel the plan as per our agreement (either party can cancel with in a month of advanced notice) since last August or September, but this business kept charging me till this month and finally I was told that I wouldn’t be charged! I started sending them cancellations email notifications since September (Total about 4 emails), I just got reply couple days back. And there’s at least 2 months of payment that they should not have charged me, and this is not a good business management! Business owners thinking to signup with this business need to make sure they would get all what they want! I still demand to get the refund for those couple months that the company charged me after I wrote the cancellation notice!
