Hi, my name is Kayla Jae, my family and I ate at fresh catch last night. Dec 27, 2025. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the way I have been treated by the manager and one of the waitresses. She was nice although she didn’t encourage me to fix my order to make it correct so I could actually eat with my family. The manager doesn’t really understand what I mean by this. They think it’s my fault and that I didn’t read the menu right. My family loved the food, but the sashimi menu wasn’t clear , I thought it was 15 pcs of sushi rolls. Isn’t the customer always right? I have worked 6+ years in food service and customer service in my career experience as an almost 24 year old woman. My 80 year old grandfather, my mom and her bf, my little brother who’s 8, and my boyfriend and I attended fresh catch last night. Everyone ate but me. I tried to fix my order with the waitress, and I ended up saying forget it because they were giving me such a hard time. The total of our order was $310 and we left an $80 tip for the waitress that didn’t even help me, I didn’t even get to eat with my family last night because I told her to forget it as I would just deal with the order I got wrong. It’s whatever but if the owner could message me or if I could get an incentive on this, that would be a blessing. After my talk with your manager today, the day after we went there, at this point, they may be losing valuable customer(s).
