Reviews
Great place to stay near Providence and the Xfinity Center. Didn't get a chance to try any of the amenities, but we did get free water and WiFi. The staff was accommodating with a reservation name change I requested. The Mexican restaurant next door was good and open late. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. My husband wasn't a fan of the shower pressure, but we've stayed in places with much worse showers. I have one complaint. We had the do not disturb sign on our door so luckily they didn't knock, but housekeeping started going around the hallway around 9am...checkout isn't until 11. We were out late and planned to sleep late, but kept hearing the cart rolling down the hallway and the lady yelling "housekeeping"! She even asked someone still in their room for their dirty stuff. I get that you're trying to get a jump start, but if I'm paying to sleep in until 11 I expect that to be a possibility.
We stayed here for 4 nights to attend the BTS concert at Gillette Stadium. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff were quick to bring out more of any food that was running low. The location was perfect. It was about a 30 minute drive from the stadium. Just far enough to get out of traffic, but close enough for easy access. It was also a much better deal than any place I found in Boston.
Wrote this review to really commend Ernie the front desk staff member. He showed great care and service. There was a very rude person and he handled it with grace and efficiency. He did not let the person beforehand’s attitude affect his mood and checked us in very quickly especially after the hectic day after a concert. The check in was easy and the hotel room was perfect!
Bathroom door is a sliding barn style door that hangs 2-3” from the wall and has no privacy. You can see into the bathroom from both inside the room and from the hall of the DOR to the room is open. Unless you’re staying here by yourself, it is completely inappropriate. I cannot emphasize “no privacy” enough. The front desk staff moved at a snails pace and seemed completely apathetic when I asked if all of the rooms had doors like this.
It perfectly perfect the chairs are good the beds nice the pool nice the gym big but not to big the pool has music the food chefs kiss and love the vibe 5 stars ps. I'm at different hotel which is different
