What can I say? The facilities and staff at CoWork Cumberland have exceeded my expectations in every way. I have been working at this space periodically over the last couple of years, and it has been a great solution for me. It gives me a dedicated place to work, away from the distractions of home, Starbucks, or the local library branch.
Over time, I have used a few different options, including day passes, flex desks, and dedicated desks, depending on what I needed at the time. I am not someone who needs a fully dedicated office, so these desk rentals fit my needs and my budget. When you sign up for a membership, you also get 24/7 access, which is perfect for those nights when you need to burn the midnight oil or catch up over a weekend. There’s complimentary coffee for those occasions too.
The facilities are always top notch: clean, well lit, and stocked with all the supplies you will need. Everyone I have met who rents here has been welcoming and part of a great community, but also one that respects when you need quiet and space. There is a conference room you can rent, along with a couple of phone booths you can duck into when you need more quiet or privacy. And while I do not use it as much as I should, there’s a fairly well appointed workout room for your cardio needs, plus a shower, so you don’t become “that guy”.
Most of all, the staff is what makes this place shine. Marybeth, Maggie, and Charlie are the face of Cowork Cumberland, and they constantly go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Whether it’s setting up a conference room for your meeting or helping you find a paperclip for that stack of documents, they are always there to help. I could not recommend Cowork Cumberland enough, and I would encourage you to try it out if you are looking for some flex space.
