1 star for Regus's DECEPTIVE marketing for Coworking Memberships. 24/7 access is only for private offices or coworking membership RENT-BY-THE-HOUR dedicated desks available. Coworking membership only gives you access to coworking lounge from 9am to 5pm. You won't be able to access or remain in the building without reserving a desk by the hour. This isn't clearly represented when navigating the sign up prompts. The service option graphics make it seem like the only difference between the private office membership and the coworking membership is having your own office.

I had a terrible experience with Regus and feel compelled to share it to warn others. On May 9, 2023, I spoke with a Regus salesman named Steven Michaelis after seeing their online advertisement. During our phone conversation, Steven made several promises about the services they could offer, which led me to sign an agreement. The call was recorded by Regus, so there is clear evidence of what was promised. However, right after signing the agreement, Regus sent me the house rules and the full contract. It was immediately clear that the services they promised could not be fulfilled due to misleading advertisement. I realized the mistake and contacted Steven Michaelis and the Regus account help desk the next morning (May 10, 2023) at 10:09 AM—less than 24 hours after signing—to request a termination of the agreement. Despite my timely effort to rectify the situation, I received no response. To make matters worse, Regus sold my information to the IWA Legal Collection Team and then to Pucin & Friedland Law Firm. These agencies harassed me with threats and attempted to coerce me into a 50% lump sum settlement, even though Regus was at fault for misleading advertising and failing to fulfill their promises. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney General's office, which has submitted a citation against Regus, and I may need to appear in court. This experience has been extremely stressful and time-consuming. I strongly advise anyone considering Regus to think twice and look elsewhere. Their business practices are deceptive, and their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Avoid Regus at all costs if you value honesty and good customer service.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
