Our experience with BBI has been extremely disappointing, frustrating, and has caused significant disruption to our business. Over the course of our relationship, we experienced repeated fulfillment issues, including significant order errors, shipments going out well outside expected timelines, poor communication, and serious concerns regarding inventory management and reporting. We raised these issues repeatedly and gave BBI opportunities to address them. Unfortunately, the problems continued and fell on deaf ears. One of our biggest concerns arose when we finally received an inventory count after requesting accurate inventory information for an extremely extended period, only to find material discrepancies compared with what had previously been reported to us. As a brand entrusting a fulfillment partner with substantial amounts of inventory, having confidence in the accuracy and handling of that inventory is fundamental. Communication throughout the process has just been incredibly frustrating. When serious operational problems arose, getting timely answers, accountability, and a clear path toward resolution was unnecessarily difficult sometimes waiting weeks for a response. Yet they keep billing you and hold your goods hostage. We selected BBI because we needed a reliable logistics partner that could support our company as we grew. Instead, we have spent an enormous amount of time dealing with fulfillment problems, investigating inventory discrepancies, responding to customer issues, and trying to resolve matters that should never have reached this point. Not to mention, repeatedly having to refund our customers for order mistakes, stock outs, and extended delays to fulfill orders. Things promised contractually. A 3PL has access to one of the most critical parts of your business: your inventory and your customers. When something goes wrong, you need a partner who communicates quickly, takes accountability, and works with you to solve the problem. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience with BBI. Run. Away. Fast.
I work with them and in addition to having a great quality of service, I have never seen such a good atmosphere in an office. I recommend them with my eyes closed.
