The IDEA Studio is a customizable meeting and event space in downtown Chicago, with luxury interiors, full AV capabilities, and the options of meeting rooms to a 300-person capacity conference room. With over 6,000 square feet of versatile accommodations for events, the IDEA Studio is the perfect venue for events for groups as small as two and up to 300 people. We are located just above street level on the historic Magnificent Mile at Michigan Avenue and Upper Wacker Drive in the heart of downtown Chicago. Prior to your event we will request a guest list with that includes your guests' names and email addresses or phone numbers. The day of the event your guests will receive a QR code in their email or sent directly to their phones. Upon entry to the building your guests will go up the escalator to the main lobby and will use their QR code to scan through the turnstiles for the elevator bank for floors 1-12. If any guest is lost during the entry process they can ask the front desk attendant in the main lobby for assistance.
