I'm glad we moved here from our previous office on LaSalle Street. The folks at Carr Workplaces provide great service to us as tenants. We are greeted by name every morning and they are very attentive to our needs.

My company has been renting office space here for almost a year, and the quality of service has been consistently warm and amazing. From the GM, Jake, to the community manager, Danielle, they both truly make coming to work more exciting. Whether it was helping us get employee badges set up or working closely with us in such a professional and kind way as we changed and customized our space, they made the whole process easy and stress-free. From weekly events like Popcorn Wednesday and Cookie Friday to holiday events with catered food, they make the workspace feel less like an office and more like a family.

Fantastic views, but the glare is hard to avoid. Unfortunately, service and attentiveness not great. It is very $$$$, especially with parking.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Carr Workplaces.
