My experience with Regus has been disappointing from the very beginning. The customer service from the office at 401 Michigan has been extremly poor, from adding fees for mail delivery that i clearly stated several times i didnt need. To taking months to refund my money from these slick fees. Called in Oct 2024 to cancel my agreement with manny, followed the steps. Agreement to end in May 2025. Called Monday to follow up stating again dont want the service. Directed to a link again that they know isnt going to let you end the agreement. Instead i get a congradulations email stating ive been renewed for a year with a higher 69 fee. This pass year i didnt even used the service, it was autorenewed unbeknowth to me for 2024. AGAIN, I DONT WANT THIS SERVICE.. I hate to believe i'm being scammed by Regus. I'll never do business with Regus again.
