Why such a simple service can be a horrible experience? Regus your billing and contract feels like a SCAM honestly, why a simple transaction like the refund of the initial deposit takes months, your price is ridiculous by the way, and it gets worst as one renew, also the pretending you were NOT notified in advance... its disrespectful and a child game - the 90 days in advance requirement to inform that a virtual mail address service is not renewed, its plane and simple to auto renew your customers who are distracted and keep them on the hook.

After 7 years as a Regus client, I am extremely disappointed with the way our contract termination has been handled. For months, I communicated clearly with multiple Regus representatives regarding our decision not to renew our agreement. I personally followed up several times to ensure everything was processed correctly before the end of our contract on May 31. Despite all these efforts, Regus processed an unauthorized charge of approximately $1,900 for the month of June. This happened even after repeated communication about our cancellation and non-renewal intentions. What has been most frustrating is the lack of support, follow-up, and accountability during this process. As a long-term client, I expected professionalism and assistance, especially during a contract termination after many years of business together. Instead, the experience has been stressful, confusing, and extremely disappointing. I strongly encourage anyone considering Regus to carefully review all renewal and cancellation terms and to keep written records of every communication.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They are dishonest and do not honor their contracts. They make promises that they simply do not keep, and communication is extremely poor once they have your money. The biggest issue is the delay in returning the security deposit (caution). Despite what was agreed, they take an unreasonable amount of time to return it, if they return it at all. It feels like they intentionally make the process difficult. I would strongly advise others to be very careful before doing business with them. In my opinion, they are not trustworthy.

The staff (Anthony and Lina) are very helpful, friendly, and professional. The office suite is very nice with all the amentities you would need.
