Regus - Doral – Downtown

poor communication. Bad customer services I emailed to the staff and manager never ever called me. Sorry bad customer services. I just moved out and nobody emailed me back. I am trying to reach manager and never called me back. So I finally decided to moved out.

This is my second attempt because I don’t know how my PERSONAL REVIEW got removed from GOOGLE when its supposed to stay there for other people to know about this company, don’t know how much they paid to Google to remove this same words, and this was for 2024 year after returning back the Suites keys at that horrible Regus on building 8333 Suite 450. For anyone who reads this review, is very important to understand that part of this review is divided in between The Regus Office in Doral 8333 building and the HQ Management for pays, “tickets” and reimbursement of security deposits. First of all, the Building, parking and down stairs lobby staff that is not part of Regus, they where very friendly and helpful, kind, and unique. But there was also some issues when it’s about bathrooms; times of cleaning, not working sinks and toilets, hope they can do better about this, more important the ones in charge of the same building including the cleaning staff that are supposed to check every amenity of the bathrooms, not wait until WE the tenants have to make a report about those missing errors from the building. Next is about REGUS on suite 450 of same building 8333, there was a nasty bad communication between who is the Boss, the receptionist, the Manager, nothing could be solve unless you make a “Ticket”, with no response, the reception ladies there, always talking on their phones, making personal video calls, making mad and creepy faces, no help at all, only the first day we arrive, from there every one of us, has to face that horrible challenge to talk with these 2 UNPROFESSIONAL Ladies seating at the front desk. I saw that every time a new office was going to be rented, they clean that office the same day instead of preparing it from before or after last tenant day, never clean properly even our offices, this was NOT ok at all. We had our bank account linked into Regus System, and for an error of the same company, we had 2 times charged late fees, and after 10 tickets, and NO help from the ladies at front desk, and the other one don’t know where in the building is located and that I believe it was a ghost named “YANELIS”, since never report back to us, we never had that money back; So future customers, think 100 times before you select this building since I don’t know if the other Regus Staff are like these ones, but about Regus HQ and your money to be withheld and no response from HQ, that might be the same, so be very careful with this company. Regus only wants your money, they don’t care about YOU no matter even if you are a high class or low class. They took almost 3 months to give back our security deposit…. OH and be sure to read the small letters or hidden letters with fire and lemon ink, because there are “HOUSE RULES” that are never mentioned before you start renting with them. THANK GOD, we will never go back to that horrible nightmare, and that we can at last work in peace in our own office.

Tabytha has made renting a space at Regus such a smooth process. Her energy is unmatched and the office environment she creates is so welcoming. The spaces are so clean, I’d definitely rent here again.

I love the aesthetic look of the facility and cleanliness. Silvia and Tabytha are energetic and optimistic making myself and my clients feel welcome. I'm always looking forward to my days in the office with this amazing duo.
