Extremely Disappointing Experience with Regus My experience with Regus has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. What should be a professional office rental service has turned into a never-ending process where it feels like the priority is continuing to charge monthly fees rather than actually solving the customer’s problem. The biggest issue is the complete lack of accountability and access to someone who can actually make a decision. When you have a contractual issue, you are essentially trapped behind a website, forms, emails, and different departments that keep passing the responsibility from one person to another. The local office team may understand the situation and even be willing to help, but they apparently do not have the authority to resolve it. Meanwhile, the department that does have the authority is extremely difficult to reach and takes an unreasonable amount of time to respond. In my case, I have spent weeks trying to resolve a contract termination issue. I have repeatedly explained the situation, contacted the local team, followed up with different representatives, and provided the necessary information. Yet instead of receiving a clear resolution, I continue to receive delays and explanations while monthly charges continue to accumulate. This is especially disappointing considering that Regus is far from being an inexpensive office rental service. When you pay a premium for a professional business service, you expect professional customer support and, most importantly, someone who is willing and authorized to resolve problems. Instead, the experience has been a frustrating cycle of emails, websites, waiting, and being redirected to someone else. Regus needs to understand that customers should not have to spend weeks fighting through their system just to get someone to take responsibility for a simple contractual issue. A company can have attractive offices and a large global presence, but if customers cannot get a real person with the authority to solve a problem, the value of the service is seriously undermined. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Regus to any business that values transparency, accountability, and responsive customer service.

Chantal was extremely helpful and the place was cleaner than most offices I've been to. Definitely would rent a space here.
