I worked in the Downtown Duval building for many years, and it was truly a joy. The building blends historic charm with a modern, creative atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. Being steps away from the St. Johns River we took beautiful walks daily, and I took full advantage of the huge open-air deck on the second floor for lunch and meetings. There's a fantastic communal space upstairs with a pool table to enjoy some time with colleagues, and the large conference room is not only beautiful but decked out with all the advance technology you need for video calls and client meetings. It's in walking distance to great restaurants and just off the Main Street Bridge, which made the commute a breeze. It was a space I genuinely looked forward to coming to each day. I have such fond memories of my time working in Downtown Jacksonville.

I’ve worked in this building for the better part of 6 months now and I really like it. It’s a mix of historic charm with beautiful modern finishes. My favorite feature is for sure the outdoor deck, there’s nothing like being able to take a lunch or work break out in the sunshine. It’s also a great place to watch the parades that come by the building!

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Downtown Duval.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
