Do not rent from Regus. They charge 2 rent deposit (called a “retainer”), make you jump through many unnecessary hoops to request return at end of lease, yet fail to refund the credit. I still do not have my retainer funds back. This is egregious. I own my own business and can refund customers nearly instantly. Weeks and weeks of waiting, still no deposit a/k-a “retainer” funds repeatedly requested. Corporate greed on full display. Shame on Regus.
