We live in central Florida and stay at this Comfort Inn Jacksonville-Orange Park on our way home from visiting family in NC, even though the hotel is several miles out of our way. We don’t mind this slight inconvenience because we know we will have a very clean, comfortable room and a good, better than average, buffet breakfast. If we need dinner after we arrive, there are lots of choices within a short drive from the hotel. What differentiates this hotel from other chain hotels is the staff. They are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I didn’t discover until we arrived home that I had left my favorite pillow in our room at the hotel. When I called the hotel, Kathy (sp?) went to the lost & found and advised my pillow was there. She then found a box and kept in touch with us as we arranged a pickup to have my pillow returned. Thank you, Kathy, for going above & beyond to help a customer, much appreciated!

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Clean, welcoming and caters to your needs. The front desk staff Erikka was one of the best people I have dealt with on a front desk hotel person. She was very personal and felt like you knew her forever . 10++++ on reserving this hotel! Highly recommend! Hope you get Erikka because she’s very welcoming ! 10/10!

What a wonderfully ran hotel. We stayed here for five nights & cannot think of one negative thing to say. Every staff member that we encountered was polite & friendly. The hotel is super clean, even the staircase! They have a great hot breakfast with many choices that changed throughout our stay so we didn't have to eat the same thing each day, this alone was great. The location is perfect, close to stores & the interstate. We look forward to staying again in the future when visiting our family. Kudos to this hotel staff & management, you are all doing a fantastic job!
