I had a very disappointing experience at this Regus location for a pre-employment drug test. As a type 2 diabetic, I drink a lot of water, which resulted in my sample being flagged as diluted by the staff member, Danielle David. This is the first issue I’ve ever had in 11 years of taking drug tests. I felt unfairly accused and treated unprofessionally. I will not return to this location and would caution others, especially those with medical conditions that affect hydration, to consider going elsewhere.”

I demand the immediate return of my deposit Let me be clear: You are holding money that does not belong to you and refusing to prove otherwise. Why? I have requested—without success—the transfer of my deposit and proof of the alleged refund. You have sent nothing. I demand, within 48 hours: Written confirmation of the amount withheld and the reason. A copy of the refund proof (transfer/check with date and reference). An itemized breakdown of any charges and their contractual basis. Immediate reimbursement of any amount not agreed in the lease. Charging fees not in the contract and withholding funds without justification is unacceptable and may constitute breach, unjust enrichment, and deceptive practices. I am on a 6-month membership with Regus and their prices are extremely affordable. The receptionist Zanae is so kind and makes sure we have everything we need on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a private office space to come here above anywhere else! It's so peaceful and can easily get all of your tasks done!

They were lie to you about the price. They just open in building gets charged 250 per month per private but yet they’re telling me that they can’t give me that price because they said tenants lease before when the tenants did not I can still get the same price I was even told by one of the people.
