A charming building consisting of a collection of independent business in a creative community

I loved having my studio here. The space itself was the perfect size, I loved being on the second floor with other creatives. Loved the security, 24 hour access and no issues with the management (they were always very responsive). Aesthetically, whole vibe is great! The elevator wasn’t an issue for me because I took the stairs. I didn’t have clients coming and going, so there was no issue with that either. My biggest issue was parking. It was awful from about 9:00 am - 4:00pm. My problem with this is that your lease says there is parking - yet there usually is not during those hours. They should give tenants a dedicated space because the lease clearly indicates you will have a parking space in their lot. The air conditioning was a lesser issue, but it can definitely get uncomfortable in the summer.
