The building: 1401 Lawrence sits at the entrance of the Central Business District neighboring Larimer Square and is only blocks away from the Convention Center, Union Station, 16th Street Mall, and Pepsi Center. The full-service fitness center with showers and lockers, as well as shoe-shine and dry cleaning services, are nice additions as well.
The amenities and service: PRIVACY: Each office is private, furnished with an All Steel sit-stand desk and chair, and can only be accessed through your keycard. PERKS: Complimentary refreshments, on-site notary. TECHNOLOGY: Blazing-fast systemwide Fiber Internet, White Noise Speakers, Cisco Switches, Watchguard Firewall, Ruckus WAP, and on-site IT Services. SANITATION: High-touch surfaces and common areas go through electrostatic disinfection. Hand sanitizing stations are placed throughout the building. Face masks are available at the reception desk.
Check in with building security for access to the 16th floor. Once you are in, we'll issue a key card for elevator access.
PARKING DETAILS: Guest Parking: Firmspace is located on the 16th floor of 1401 Lawrence Street. The entrances to both the building's garage and its main lobby can be accessed off Lawrence Street, between 14th and 15th Streets. Ample street (metered) parking, surface lots, and garages are located in close proximity to our 1401 Lawrence Street building. The building’s garage offers public parking at a rate of $2 per 15 minutes, with a daily max of $22. This is payable at the building's kiosks by the parking garage elevators (preferred) or at the exit gate itself.
