Overall, really good hotel and service. Did find some hair in our bathtub when we first got in the room.

This is a horrible hotel to book with! So book with them at your own risk me and my brother had booked a reservation with them and two two unfortunate events had to cancel our reservation and Priceline as well as my brother tried to negotiate with him to get our money back and they absolutely refused. Right now it's hard enough for everybody financially and for a hotel to refuse to give money back when the reservation wasn't even being used was poor business on their end. upon speaking to other people that has stated this hotel they also had similar situations that had occurred and these people do not work with you at all so book at your own risk cuz these people are unreasonable and do not care to work with you on anything.

This was the best environment I’ve ever experienced in a hotel setting. Very laid back, but not in the least lacking in the hospitality area. Dontae, you were an amazing host during our stay!

My family and I had a lot of fun staying at SCP. We stayed for a week and enjoyed it! Staff was great and friendly, enjoyed playing the games they had out too! We are already looking forward to coming back!

Dalton is great! Room was nice. If I go again I’d skip the Mountain View Room for one that has an interior entrance as the highway is a bit loud. It would be cool if there was a waffle maker at breakfast but there was enough there for people who are into light breakfast. If I need a stop on the way home again I’ll absolutely pick here!
