HI, I have been a client working at CoHarbor since early January. I absolutely love this work environment and highly recommend it for Professional Business activity. I arrive at 8am everyday, and pretty much spend all day here unless I am traveling. I searched all over the entire Springs area and nothing compares to the peaceful professional environment, and not to mention the furnishing and tools you need to do your work. It's all here and they have all you need. Come by and see for yourself. Ask for Oly or Jeramiah and you are ready to go to work in just minutes after arriving!! I moved to a private CoHarbor office 10/2025. The energy in the building is felt even on days I am busy working. I get so much more done in this office than my last one. I have a view of Pikes Peak and Ute Valley Park. The classes are amazing and I have made amazing contacts and new business partners in the building. I love having access to an abundance of conference rooms.

I really enjoyed my time at CoHarbor! The space is clean, comfortable, and has several different areas to work depending on what you need. The free coffee was a nice bonus, and everyone was welcoming. As someone who works remotely, I'm excited to have a place where I can get work done while also being around people and building community.
