Horrible experience using the coworking space for 3 days, what an unprofessional ripoff. I called ahead, yet when I arrived, the desk I paid $45/ day to use was very dirty with several dead bugs on it. At least 3 seperate times in just one fay, the man running the space walked in and had very loud conversations with another man while they stood directly next to the "cabin" I had been told would serve as a private area for calls. It was bizarre because he was just walking through and did not need to be talking so loudly from directly on the other side of the flimsy wall, yet he did this numerous times throughout the day. I have used many coworking spaces in the US and abroad, and I have never paid such a high day rate, nor have I ever been so dissappointed by a space. When I brought up how loudly he was having conversations right next to my desk while I was on client calls, the man running the space told me I "should have rented the conference room". I requested a partial refund and this was not provided. There are no amenities such as a surge protectors or a fridge.

Absolute worst place to have a mailbox if you’re trying to receive mail. This guy is never in the office and trying to do any sort of business with the individual by the name of Zee Is virtually impossible. I have text messages from the guy telling me to show up at the office to pick up mail etc. on a Monday morning between his office hours and then Sunday text him back and saying he will be in the office for one hour or practically not even showing up at all. This has happened on multiple occasions and I can’t believe this guy is actually in business. Beware before doing any business deals with Zee himself he is definitely about making money first before Honoring his deals.
