I love the Townsgate location, along with the upscale office and surroundings. Leah and the reception desk are very efficient and pleasant! Update: Love the remodeled lobby / reception area to add to prior review.

The recent remodel of the Regus Westlake Park Place floor turned out beautifully and has made a noticeable difference. Great job to everyone involved! Now here's hoping the second-floor bathrooms will soon receive the same upgrade as the impressive third-floor bathrooms. A special 5-star shout-out to Leah Eafford and Lisa Klausmeier for doing everything they can to keep everything running smoothly and looking its best. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail are truly appreciated.

Great option for high-end workspace. As of Nov '25, admin staff is very responsive and no loud/annoying other tenants, at least on the Northeast part of the floor.
