We are very pleased with our experience with Hayden Nabers at Turton CRE. He helped us every step of the way in finding and securing our commercial real estate lease for our non-profit learning center. Predatory strategies against small business owners. Cut throat business practices.. their motto should be “We will make them bleed” The fact that keeping commercial properties empty to get tax write offs while keeping rents artificially high is pretty nice for the big property corporations but is locking out small entrepreneurs and skewing supply and demand capitalism that is supposed to keep things regulated.
