I've been using these offices over one year now. They have always been very well maintained, clean and quiet. The property manger is very responsive and active in maintaining the property inside and out. Also, the interface for renting is simple and user friendly - can't go wrong here.

Earlier this year I had a need to rent office space, the offices are clean and cozy, and in a great location within walking distance from Old Towne. The property managers were great to work with also.

With some forty or so years of professional experience, one might say I have had occasion to use or rent a number of offices. The accommodations and attention to detail at Bauer Properties are excellent by comparison. More yet, the proprietors of the properties are both genial and helpful. Their responsive approach to making rental arrangements for professionals and management of the suite, assures a quiet while convivial atmosphere. Needless to add, were I to elaborate, I would only be extending narrative of superlatives centering on a very high recommendation, i.e. namely, my reason for five stars.

Bauer Properties on Glassell is a great place to rent office space from. The offices are clean, professional, and inviting. It's a great place to see clients and my client's always comment on how nice it is. The property owners Jeanie and Jerry are friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend renting space from them.
