This was my first time visiting this place. There were two staff members present, and neither was busy; in fact, neither even looked my way. I approached a female staff member—who had dyed hair—to ask about the services offered, as I was a first-time visitor. She was extremely unfriendly and ignored all my questions, insisting only that I write down my name and personal details. I explained that I hadn't yet decided whether to use the service and wanted to learn more about what was available first. She told me I had to provide my personal information or simply leave. After I filled out and handed over my details, she took the information but left me standing there; even though there were empty tables and chairs, I was told to remain standing. While waiting, I asked if they could provide any materials explaining the services, but the staff refused. Later, a male staff member took me to a meeting room. He, too, failed to provide any materials, showing me only a price list. I told him I couldn't make a decision right away and asked for a document listing the service fees. However, like the female staff member, he focused entirely on entering my personal information into the computer and ignored my questions, telling me I had to either use the service or leave immediately.

The staff are very uncooperative and very unfriendly to customers. They are unwilling to answer any questions asked. They act as if it is none of their business whether customers use the service or not.

Both my laptops are being blocked from the WiFi. Needed them for a Deposition. Need them unblocked.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.
