BizHaus is hands-down one of the best coworking spaces in LA. No matter which location you visit, the atmosphere is always inviting, the team is incredibly welcoming, and the sense of community is strong. From the stylish, clean, and light-filled spaces to the thoughtful amenities like free coffee, drinks, and regular social events, everything is designed to make your workday more enjoyable and productive. What I love most is that the team truly goes above and beyond to connect with members and create a space where everyone feels at home. Whether it's your first day or your hundredth, you're greeted with genuine warmth. I always enjoy seeing Keith, Karila, Joe, and Ariana when I drop in, they bring such great energy to each location and make it feel like more than just a workspace. Whether you’re a solo professional or part of a growing team, BizHaus offers a fantastic environment to get things done and feel part of something bigger. Highly recommend!

Bizhaus served as my start-up's office for over 2 years - from our early founding to our growth to over 5 employees in LA. The location in Marina Del Rey is awesome because it is close to the 90 and Lincoln highways and it has tons of great food options within walking distance for coffee and lunch. Karila and Keith are kind, reliable, and were always willing to go above and beyond to help us decorate our offices or move when we needed more or less space. The Bizhaus team even purchased a phone booth for us and had it installed in our offices so we could make calls without disturbing others without adding a full other space. The team also helped us move into 3 different space configurations during our time, as our needs evolved and changed. There is a lot of flexibility across the 2 buildings between private rooms and desks, which is nice for a small business undergoing lots of change. Our team very much enjoyed the back patio and being able to sit out in the sun to eat lunch and socialize. The location is also dog friendly, which is fun and employees loved. The decorations are definitely funky and the space has a Venice-artistic vibe. If you are looking for the cookie-cutter furniture and WeWork vibe, this location might not be for you. But our team loved that this place felt a little more like home and local. Bizhaus has heavy brick walls and cool skylight features - which personally I liked, the glass walls in other co-working places can feel like you're working in a cage. Fancy tech bells and whistles (TVs, new age conference room set ups) - plan to do that yourself, but that was fine for us as we liked to do these per our requirements and changed our set ups often. Keith helped us find a handyman to install/mount things and Karila will go above and beyond to make any large meetings in the conference rooms a success.

This is a beautiful place. Keith and Joe were the kindest people; they helped me set up for a day and even lent me a monitor to use for a day. They gave me a tour of the place and helped me schedule my day effortlessly. I would go back without any doubt—100% recommended!

I paid for a day pass on June 5 using my card as normal. One month later, they followed up over email saying that they messed up and did not charge it. I paid again. They followed up a month later again saying that, due to more issues with their system, they need to re-charge it. This is now the third time that they have asked me to pay for a day pass from three months ago.
