I got introduced to The Kinn through their Founder Sprint Accelerator and haven’t looked back. So many co-working places in LA are cold and community is an afterthought. It’s the opposite at The Kinn - I have trouble working from home at this point I’m here daily.

The KINN holds a very special place in my heart. Far beyond the reach of its label as co-working community, the KINN, in my experience, is a place for human connection and camaraderie. I enjoy showing up for work each day, alongside real friends, to do important, meaningful work in this world ~ together. The KINN feels like an incubator of goodness. Sometimes the day will open with a set in the surf and conclude with a men’s group, others with a talk on AI, presentation by a new start-up, or a Hape ceremony ~ the KINN curates experience and connection with mastery and depth. I’m grateful to be held by the community of care and support who brings this beautiful place to life.

I was a member for a short time due to external circumstances. The team cares a lot about their members; you are not just a number or another source of revenue. I hope to find a similar concept wherever I'm moving next.

Love the Kinn! Our team hosted a screening of our documentary there, and ive been attending the events and dinner for over a year. They have created a wonderful, forward-thinking community of entrepreneurs and movers and shakers in the impact space!

I’ve worked out of a lot of co-working spaces. All of them claim to be not just a workspace but a community. KINN is the only one that doesn’t just talk the talk but walks the walk. They make an effort to connect their members and cultivate a space where people get to know one another and care about each others personal and professional success and well being. The fact that it’s small really helps with community building and that the exclusivity isn’t a popularity contest, rather that every member cares about others in what they do. Really happy I found it when I did and proud to be a member.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Kinn Venice - 150 Horizon Avenue is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Kinn Venice, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with The Kinn Venice.
