Do not go here! Will not give back damage deposit, now blocked and won't answer the phone. Says there are damages when there clearly isn't. A complete scam.

0 stars. This is a complete scam. These guys take full advantage of women traveling by charging an illegal damage deposit on an illegal air bnb that the apartment complex is completely unaware of. They keep the damage deposit for themselves and refuse to return it. DO NOT BOOK THIS!!

The place is illegally ran in an apartment complex. They people running it scam you out of your damage deposit and will block you instantly when trying to get it back. Please read all other Google reviews as this is an ongoing situation with them. Take note that they are mostly females that they scam. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! All other reviews are ones that they bribe you to make, they tried telling me to change my reviews and they would return my deposit. After you change your review they then block you.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! This place is a total scam. They took my deposit of $395 and won't return it so I've opened a dispute with my credit card company. A girlfriend rented the exact same style apartment and they charged her a $600 deposit and have blocked her. She is also disputing the charge. We were in town for a work trip and were barely in our rooms. This place was a nightmare! We were supposed to get 2 parking passes and we didn't. The communication was awful. The room was not good. There were random bleach spots all over the carpets and the entire apartment felt like a dirty white box. There weren't enough towels. We had 5 people and were guaranteed the sleeper sofa could hold our 5th person but there was no bedding or anything that could be used to cover the disgusting pull out mattress. We asked for bedding several times and were ignored. We found out that the building is only for residents and they shouldn't be operating a rental in the property and were operating illegally (per the front desk). This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM! DON'T BE FOOLED!
