Booked a day office specifically to work remotely, but the Wi-Fi never functioned during my reservation. Staff initially told me to simply enter my booking reference to connect, but the network continuously showed “Action Needed” and never provided internet access on my laptop. What’s most frustrating is that after wasting a significant portion of my booking trying to troubleshoot the issue, I was later told I supposedly needed to separately register my device through another portal — something that was never communicated before arrival or by the on-site staff when I asked for help. Instead of resolving the issue, I was directed to another location that was inconvenient and unusable for my needs. I paid for a workspace with internet access, and the core functionality I booked the office for was unavailable. Disappointed not only by the experience itself, but also by the refusal to provide a refund despite the workspace being effectively unusable for remote work.

Security downstairs needs to be suspended then trained, on a power trip.He thinks he is the bouncer for an exclusive nightclub. Kept blabbering about his guest list, but said the office we had a visit with wasn't apart of his list. Missed my meeting because of him.

No customer service available to assist with anything. I’ve emailed several times requesting them to stop emailing me as they opened an account/membership under my name without my authorization. What kind of company is in favor of dishonest employees as supposed to helping and assisting consumers?! Anyways the aesthetics of the space is great but their admin and management is terrible. Please cancel whatever account under my name and stop charging me for a service I never requested.

Michael, one of the sales reps, offered me a $100/month deal with no commitment. Although it sounded great, I asked him to wait until I confirmed whether I’d be staying in LA, as I wasn’t sure about upcoming travel plans. He insisted I could use the service even while out of town. I gave him a deposit but made it very clear that I did not want the membership to start until I confirmed my plans. Despite this, he went ahead and activated the membership and began charging me monthly. In the first week of October, I asked him to cancel and explained again that I didn’t want a membership, but he ignored my messages. I never received a key, and I only used the space once during my initial trial. Yet I continue to receive invoices. Be cautious when purchasing a membership here, and don’t rely solely on verbal promises from the sales team.
