Do not rent from Spaces, Regus, or any other IWGPLC property. I signed a one year lease on a space on Sunset Blvd., and after 3 months, they closed the facility, and forcibly moved my business 2 miles away to the Fairfax location. I objected, and they threatened to send my account to a collections agency if I didn't pay. I had to rent a second space elsewhere. I stopped by Spaces Fairfax to return my key, and they rented my office to another tenant! This is a violation of California Law! They were collecting rent from me and from another tenant for months, for the same space. These people are not to be trusted. DO NOT rent from Spaces, Regus, or any other IWGPLC property.

Horrible customer service and contractual fraud. Their billing system is a mess and often over charge you. The front office is very patronizing and not willing or happy to assist. Additionally, they sign you into a contract and keep changing and raising the fees claiming its legitimate. They pride themselves as an all inclusive amenity facility, charge x 5-x10 the market rate and yet have hidden fees. I have filed a complaint with the consumer affairs fraud department. If you miss your payment one day they lock you out of the portal and you cannot use the internet or your office. Very difficult to conduct business here always looking over my shoulder.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: Finally after writing a review, I heard from someone, unfortunately it took a lot of steps to finally get some attention and help, but we did come to an agreement and it didn't require staying on for the entire year. I will say I'm satisfied with how it was handled, although I think it should've been easier than going through all these steps, for that I've updated from a 1 star to a 4 star. UPDATE: I did raise a ticket already and this review was after speaking with the help desk on their platform, the community managers, as well as the regional manager... still nobody cares... STAY AWAY! Long-term client since 2022. My virtual office (co-working membership) agreement auto-renewed into a new fixed term through December 2026 without any active confirmation required. I tried to cancel my membership in February and they refused to work with me on any possible flexibility other than paying through the end of an ENTIRE YEAR that I do not want nor do I need to be a member. This is after 4 YEARS of membership with using the space maybe 1-2 times a year. Also note I was also charged late fees recently after adding a valid new card to my account when my original card expired. Their system does not automatically use a newly added payment method unless manually set as default, which is not clearly emphasized. Despite having a working card on file, late fees were applied and never returned. After four years of consistent payments, every attempt to resolve this was met with policy repetition and no flexibility.

It's May 31st 2026 . Updating this review as a reinforcement. Adding the fact that their internet goes down a lot recently spoke to another tenant who's been using his cell as a backup. Also They will charge you for things you don't want and insert it quietly into your invoices. They started charging everyone for coffee monthly without their permissions. When contacted about the concern, no body ever responds to your concern from the account team. How dare they just add a charge without your permission? They really don't care about you and are willing to pull shady tactics to make extra money. Not sure whos running their business. You will open a ticket with the account team but will never see any updates regardless how many times you contact them. I'm sure there are better co-working spaces.
