My first contact with this place, was Harry Reyes actual Director of Leasing, and was a very grateful surprise, Harry is a business gentleman, he knows everything about this building and really make easy for you lease an office in this building, by the way this building have tons of really good art, is clean and the Maintance team always is available if you need something, but to be true you don't needed because the personal always is looking for any abnormalities and that is fixed/cleaned/replaced, so barely you go to see anything wrong, all the personal speak at least two languages, so this makes easy the communication between you, your clients and the lobby personal in case your clients needs help for something, the security is real and always available he takes care of you, your office and your clients, the parking is free for up to thee hours for your clients, and always have space, that's really good here in the heart of LA, where find free parking for that time is pretty difficult, I had the pleasant experience of meeting the Landlord Jose Luis Nazar, he came to my office ask me if I need something and if everything is ok, that's speak really good of this building, I read the bad reviews and I find pretty difficult that my review changes over the time, because at this time I didn't see any problem, and I take very serious give recommendations, but if you are looking to expand or start your own business, check this place
