If there was any possible way to provide no stars, we absolutely would! Our contract was transferred to another location without our approval. When we explained to them that the new location in LB would not be feasible for our company they said they would help. SPOILER....... THEY DID NOT! We ended up paying them more just to get out of our contract, and we asked numerous times if this would be it and we would not have to deal with anymore unknown fees and they said yes. We can part ways and go on about our life. New SPOILER....... We could not! Why? because they decided to still send us a new charge after we bid adieu! Honestly, who can do business with untrustworthy people! If you are thinking of going into a contract with them, let me help you out by saying, don't waste the time signing when you will spend 10x longer trying to get out when you realize they don't meet their own expectations.

DO NOT SIGNUP for Regus. There are several other office space options in and around the Los Angeles area that are more professional, less expensive and more willing to help. I signed up with Regus in August 2023 and did the pay as you go option. However, Regus has been taking $125.10 from my account each month and after several attempts to get them to STOP charging my account, and to get the money back, it's been a battle. Rhonda with the HELPDESK wanted transaction numbers for each payment they took, I provided that. I sent screenshots of the payments coming out of my account as well which is all she said she needed. Once provided, it was not sufficient. She claims I have no account with Regus, but continues to reference my account number with them on each corresponding email. Then, Rhonda with the help desk said she couldn't help, but to contact the HELP section on my online account (how can I have an online account to refer me to if I have no account with them?). Rhonda at the HELPDESk has been no help at all. Not one person has stated they will stop charging my card, or that they would look into it for me. Again, this is unacceptable. I just want my account closed, I want my money back and I want to move on. I wish someone would assist me in this. I'll keep reaching out to them, but for anyone reading this. GO ELSEWHERE.
