The Hubb isn’t great, isn’t secure, and it’s really loud all the time. The only interaction I had with the manager was pretty disappointing. I didn’t renew my office lease. The maintenance and porter teams are great, though.

I needed space to work for a day since my apartment building was converting to solar and needed to shut down power in the building for a long period of time. Chose weworks thinking I could get maybe a shared DESK with a chair or something. Instead the co-working space is like a glorified Starbucks with an open kitchen where it'll be consistently noisy. You have a choice of sitting at a booth with a too tall table or some uncomfortable highschool cafeteria chairs and... Yep you guessed it. A table that's too tall. Someone from their leasing office contacted me asking if I wanted to lease a co-working space... For ~$350/month locked in for 6 months. I beg your pardon? I'd rather use a sick day if this situation comes up again. If you need space to work for the day there are smaller coffee shops in the area. Tip well, stay out of the way, and it's a far better experience and surprisingly less noisy.

My first visit to the Long Beach WeWork was excellent. Great workspace, smooth app check-in, and a well-equipped room for my presentation. Friendly staff too!

Great experience! This was my 1st time using a co-working space and jt was great! The place was easy to find and the parking was plentiful. The staff was amazing. I was a little late for my appointed time and I mentioned thar and one if the Community Team members said if I needed the time back that I could stay an extra 30 minutes. I needed it and she haf already taken care ot it! I also stayed a bit in the main room and she extended my reservation and only charged me for the small time I was there. Beautiful office and my room was perfect for my Masterclass I was giving. Highly recommended!!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with WeWork Companies LLC ILS, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • WeWork - The Hubb operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.

  • At WeWork - The Hubb, those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs are available. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.
