This location has serious issues with management, communication, billing, and lease handling. Before signing, you’ll get constant follow-ups and plenty of attention. After you become a tenant, it becomes extremely difficult to reach anyone who can actually resolve a problem. Most interactions are limited to front desk staff who have no authority to fix anything. The system they require you to use (app/Aurora) is unreliable. Authentication frequently fails, making it impossible to access your account or submit requests. Despite this, they continue to insist that all issues must go through that same broken system, creating a frustrating loop with no real resolution. Billing is inconsistent and lacks transparency. Charges fluctuate without clear explanation, and additional fees can appear without proper justification. Lease handling is also problematic. Agreements are automatically renewed, and when issues arise, there is no practical way to address them—especially if you cannot access their system. Even when trying to resolve matters directly, you are pushed back into the same non-functioning processes. There is a clear lack of accountability. Instead of addressing issues directly, responses are often limited to generic instructions or automated processes that do not work. The concept is good, but the execution at this location is deeply flawed. If you value your time and want reliable support, you should think carefully before signing here.

I’ve had such a great experience with my office space at SPACES – 145 W Broadway, and a big part of that is the amazing team that keeps everything running smoothly. Olivia at the front desk is truly a lifesaver. I constantly have a high volume of packages coming in, and she always makes sure everything is organized and placed directly in my office without me having to chase anything down. That level of attention to detail makes a huge difference in my day-to-day. Beyond that, the entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s one of those environments where you actually enjoy coming in—not just because of the space itself, but because of the people. There’s a real sense of care and professionalism that doesn’t go unnoticed. Anytime my company has questions or concerns regarding invoicing or payment methods, the staff is always very responsive and helpful in looking into it further and getting things resolved quickly. Highly recommend this space if you’re looking for somewhere that’s not only functional, but genuinely supportive.
