I sincerely appreciate the assistance provided by the maintenance personnel from Irvine Company. The dishwasher in my apartment experienced operational issues including drainage and spray functionality failure. Two technicians, Tony and Christian, demonstrated exceptional diligence in troubleshooting, dismantling the dishwasher, and conducting meticulous inspections, even kneeling for detailed examination. Upon investigation, they identified the issue: a chopstick tip lodged inside the dishwasher causing the malfunction. Their patience was commendable as they patiently explained the situation and verified the appliance's functionality before concluding their service call. I am deeply grateful for their prompt response, professional demeanor throughout the repair process, and their proactive communication with all tenants via SMS notifications. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to Tony and Christian for their invaluable assistance.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Park Place.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
