Use the keypad outside the elevators to select floor 3. Once you exit the elevator, follow the sign directing you to our lobby. Feel free to check in at the front desk with either Amy or Allyssa.

Be very cautious when considering a membership with Industrious at any of their locations. Even after a membership is canceled and written confirmation of the cancellation is provided, billing may still continue. In this case, after the account should have been closed. Multiple attempts were made to resolve the issue. This raises serious concerns about the way cancellations and billing are handled. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up or monitor their statements after receiving confirmation that an account has been canceled. Strongly think twice before signing up. Get every agreement and cancellation in writing, save all confirmations, and continue checking your statements even after cancellation. Based on this experience, Industrious would not be recommended. There are better options where customers should not have to worry about being charged after they have already canceled.

Pleasant coworking space, but no customer service at all when it comes to the money. Make absolutely sure you provide notice well in advance of when you plan to cancel, as they will claw the entire month's payment from you otherwise.
