I have had an excellent experience living at Park Place Apartment Homes. Nicholas Bellosi, Sr. Assistant Community Manager and his team in leasing office are professiobal, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions and/or requests are handled promptly and efficiently, making the community a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. The Park Place team consistently demonstrates outstanding customer service, clear communication, and a commitment to maintaining the property at a high standard. The grounds are well-kept, the amenities are clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. I truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the management team. Their attention to detail and resident-focused approach make Park Place Apartment Homes stand out. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed and pleasant place to call home.

If you are considering staying here, please do yourself a favor and completely avoid Building 4, specifically the second floor near the fire exit. There are constantly cockroaches, both dead and alive, in that area. I have called pest control multiple times, but to no avail. I also asked management to clean up the area. They keep claiming they did, but I still see the exact same dust, trash, and dead cockroaches sitting in the walkway. My biggest regret is getting too lazy to move after a year and actually renewing my lease, even though they raised my rent. From the very beginning, this place has been a headache. When I first moved in, I had to call maintenance literally 20 times (not an exaggeration) just to fix existing damages around the apartment. My dishwasher is still broken after over a year. They have been telling me they ran out of parts for the fix for a year now. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

If you're considering renting here, please read this first. The soundproofing in this building is genuinely bad. Not "oh you can hear your neighbor occasionally" bad — I mean you can hear every stomp, every door slam, every shouting match from the unit below like there's no floor between you. I didn't know this when I signed my lease. I wish someone had warned me. For months now, I've been dealing with a neighbor who makes noise at all hours of the night. The last three weeks have been the worst — I've been woken up every single night. I'm exhausted in a way I've never experienced before. I'm not exaggerating when I say I'm starting to feel the toll on my mental health. And the hardest part isn't even the neighbor. It's feeling completely alone in this. I've filed emergency requests, sent emails, called Courtesy Patrol 6 times in 5 days. Patrol arrives 1–2 hours after I call, stands in the hallway for two minutes, and leaves. Leasing office tells me there's "no third-party evidence" of noise. When they finally reached out to the neighbor — who ignored them — their solution was to contact them again, and to have patrol "stay a bit longer next time." Months of this. That's where I am. I'm not writing this out of anger. I'm writing this because I was so excited to live here, and now I dread going to sleep every night. If quiet, restful nights are something you need — and I think most people do — please ask very detailed questions about soundproofing and noise complaint procedures before you sign. I genuinely hope your experience is better than mine.

I want to give a special shout-out to Alfonso from the maintenance team at Park Place Apartments. He did an excellent job replacing our refrigerator doors and fixing an issue that was causing the refrigerator to freeze up. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem, explained the repair, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It's great to have maintenance staff who genuinely care about residents and take pride in their work. Thank you, Alfonso, for your outstanding service and dedication. Park Place Apartments is fortunate to have you on the team!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Park Place.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Park Place, who is more than happy to help out.
