He was very friendly, professional, and efficient, and got everything fixed quickly. Really appreciate his help and professionalism. I sincerely appreciate the assistance provided by the maintenance personnel from Irvine Company. The dishwasher in my apartment experienced operational issues including drainage and spray functionality failure. Two technicians, Tony and Christian, demonstrated exceptional diligence in troubleshooting, dismantling the dishwasher, and conducting meticulous inspections, even kneeling for detailed examination. Upon investigation, they identified the issue: a chopstick tip lodged inside the dishwasher causing the malfunction. Their patience was commendable as they patiently explained the situation and verified the appliance's functionality before concluding their service call. I am deeply grateful for their prompt response, professional demeanor throughout the repair process, and their proactive communication with all tenants via SMS notifications. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to Tony and Christian for their invaluable assistance.
