My wife and I have lived at Park Place Apartments for 10 years. I can't think of more convincing evidence of how much we love the community. Every aspect of the expereince is excpetional, starting with the maintenance team. We don't need them often but whenever we do the, maintenace team members are ALWAYS knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Tony OG, who helped out with our most recent request, is the latest example of the professional service we have always received from the maintenance team.

Great location (7 minutes from John Wayne Airport), fantastic amenities, and immaculately maintained premises make Park Place an amazing place to live in Irvine. In the four years that I've lived here, I've had a handful of small maintenance issues, each of which have been quickly and professionally resolved. The MVP of my experience at Park Place is Mia in the Leasing office. She provided exceptional customer service when we were trying to renew our lease. She made me truly feel like she was not just the company representative, but also my advisor and advocate. She is beyond professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Edit April 2026: Marco, Alfonso, and the entire maintenance team are also exceptional. They are quick and responsive, and go above and beyond to help when needed.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Park Place.

Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.
