Our organization was told they had available warehouse space by Clarissa, the property manager, who took me to the back to review the spaces. I proceeded with interest after Clarissa provided details of how she could accommodate our organization further. After three days, Clarissa informed me that they were getting the space together. Three more days passed and no one responded to my inquiry, which was a total of 7 business days now. I sent another email and stated I would leave a review and additionally to ensure they communicate with customers and clients plus be transparent. I received an email 5 minutes later from Leo, the warehouse contact stating, they have no available space. This just shows a lack of communication within this company. If you're looking for immediate office warehouse storage space, look elsewhere! Either you in the business to provide services you advertise about timely, or NOT! Don't waste people time!

We arrived to unload the load, but ended up waiting almost the entire day just to be allowed to drop it off. We lost around 6–7 hours waiting. It would have been more efficient to resolve staffing and scheduling issues beforehand to avoid such delays(

Check this location before picking up the load. The people here work very slowly and in a hurry. It's very unpleasant. We arrived at this location at 6:20 in the morning and it took us 1 day to unload this load. This is all due to the disrespect of the workers here. I do not recommend coming to this location at all.

Communication is extremely lacking with this company. You have to play phone tag with a call center then hope the local rep calls you. I submitted my application and followed up several times and never heard back. I would look else where for warehouse.

Cubeworks Goodyear Arizona is a great location for my business. The office spaces are clean, quiet and functional. The facility has excellent amenities including wifi, a large equipped breakroom also a large conference room with table, chairs and digital screen. Having an office also gives me access to the warehouse to receive and store products. The staff and friendly, knowledgeable and available during business hours. Cubeworks Goodyear is absolutely my best move...iEntitle.
