We had a temporary office at the Spaces in Goodyear for 3 months earlier this year and it was wonderful! Faye took such great care of us, as well as all of the other tenants. The building was in a great location, the space itself was very clean, and we will definitely be going back - so long as Faye is there!

This place worked great for my needs. I needed an office to meet with clients for 2 weeks. The variety of options worked well and I was able to get exactly what I needed. Faye and Candace at the front desk were super helpful and went above and beyond. They made the experience 5 stars.

Horrible experience. We rented an office for a teammate who we ultimately had to let go, unfortunately. Getting the deposit back was insanely hard. We had to follow up 3-4 times before they finally sent it, way later than they said. They even charged us fees we had no idea about it. Very frustrating, look elsewhere if you need an office.

I DO NOT recommend this place, unless you need something in an emergency for 30 Days or less. Anything beyond a month to month lease will leave you frustrated, lied to, over charged, and taken advantage of as a business owner.

This was a fantastic place to work. My in laws live in buckeye and have poor internet so I desperately needed to find a place where I could work remotely. Spaces offered a co-working space with flexible monthly options. The internet is great, the coworking space is very comfortable, and Im a big fan of the coffee machine. To be honest the best thing about this place is the front desk worker, Faye. She goes above and beyond making sure everything is working smoothly. I will definitely come back if I ever need to work remotely again.
