As a Healthcare Services, I have thoroughly enjoyed using the office and meeting room at the Maidstone Innovation Centre. The facilities are excellent. The staff are consistently helpful, which serves as a reminder of the importance of good service. This is a place where modern ambition comfortably meets traditional standards. At Gidds Pond Way, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Day Passs and Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Maidstone Innovation Centre.
