Avoid this place at all costs! This company is run by crooks who will take your deposit and refuse to give it back. They are contracted and promised to return my deposit 20 business days after my tenancy ended, but it has now been 8 months, and they are still avoiding payment. They have ignored emails, calls, the courts and even admitted they owe the money—but still won’t pay. For anyone renting from them, good luck getting your deposit back. If you do sign a lease, PLEASE pay your deposit with a credit card so you have a way to recover it. Otherwise, expect to be scammed. Shady, unprofessional, and completely dishonest. Stay away!

Clean and nicely modernised. The outside could do with a lock of paint and a general smarten up though.
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Lower Richmond Properties to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Lower Richmond Properties.
Lower Richmond Properties - The Old Library has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
