Was a lovely hotel had a really good deal £136 for 1 night b&b then got £50 to spend in the bar and grill we got 2 meals and 2 drinks . And car park paid for and use of the swimming gym sauna and jacuzzi. The only snag in the room was to dark in the bedroom needed a spot light or light above not just lamps .

We have stayed at Village Hotel Maidstone a few times now. Check in was very easy, we were checked in by Nadyia, she was very polite, courteous & welcoming. Unfortunately the actual bed in the room was broken, however this was quickly resolved by Nadyia and we were given another room (with a fixed bed!) Rooms were very clean and spacious, they have everything you need (tea/coffee/iron etc) & the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, very clean, organised and restocked quickly. Special mention to Tina & Maxine who were very polite and were working hard making sure guests were attended to and the food station was topped up. On Friday night the fire alarm went off when we were halfway through eating our evening meal, unfortunately the food was cold when we were allowed back in the building. I understand these things happen & its better to be safe than sorry! Massive thank you to Axel for their professional approach with this and rearranged another meal for us. They were very kind and understanding, nothing seemed like too much trouble. Thanks to the kitchen staff who were working hard behind the scenes, the food was lovely. The pool & spa were very clean and the staff on the desk were super friendly and helpful. Overall despite a few unfortunate drawbacks the hotel provides great facilities and the staff work very hard to make sure guests have an amazing stay. All issues were promptly and professionally resolved, which is appreciated! We look forward to returning in the near future.

One of the loudest hotels I have stayed at. Stay in hotels all over the world, week in week out. Little to no sleep every other night with how thin the walls are.
