We recently held an event in one of the meeting rooms at Blythe Valley Innovation Centre and it was fantastic. The venue, the welcome and the facilities were all excellent. I had leaders from local small businesses attending, so I needed a space that felt impressive while still offering good value for money. The Innovation Centre delivered on every level. Andy and the team were exceptional throughout. They were friendly, supportive and incredibly accommodating. I will definitely be looking at future opportunities to use the meeting spaces again. Highly recommended.

We've been here since 2011 and the centre has allowed us to increase office space as our company has grown over the years. Good location and good team. Would recommend this to startups and companies looking for office space just off the motorway.

Great shared office space, good parking options and friendly management team.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with BVIC.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with BVIC, who is more than happy to help out.
With a monthly membership, BVIC - Central Boulevard offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
