Rooms very big with all facilities clean tidy and great location central
Check In is a poop show. Who wants to stand in line 20 people deep because they’re too incompetent to check people in early. Difference between UK & America. America will let you check in early not line up for check in. Also Manchester for some reason smells like poop. In the time it took me to write this I probably could have checked in elsewhere.
After having a great stay on my second visit, complimentary after a disastrous first stay. Management has changed, some of whom only in post for 5 weeks, the change in attitudes and standards is very clear. Nothing was to much trouble on the second trip in April, where as this time I felt they just wanted the money without any individualised care. Room was at a lower standard, the dust was everywhere, a lift was out of order, but nothing mentioned on reception. And I will not be coming back, the previous manager Curtis was a very genuine man, made mistakes but rectified them, where as now it just seems soulless and corporate, but not luxury or boutique. Just cold and the rating and guest reviews are historical only in my opinion, please form your own.
Beautiful apartment at the heart of the city. Perfect city centre location with car park next door, restaurant stunning and hotel decor beautiful! We loved the gym and pool, staff were so friendly and helpful too. Room had all amenities you could want, fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.
