CitySuites II Aparthotel

Terrible experience, dirty room, sewage smell bathroom, customer service don’t reply, Broken scissors missing back to remote, broken down pool area so had to go to the other hotel, and there hot tub was broken and steps where wobblier then a 5 year olds tooth, breakfast was nasty and the service poor, avoid at all costs, Booking .com gave me 15£ back, this is not a 5 star hotel Some photos attached but not ones of pool as I didn’t take my phone, just an utter joke of a hotel, Waited a week for a reply now as well! Just horrible run

You pay for breakfast on advance, then you are told you have to book a table on advance (using an app) because 'ot gets busy', then you try and book but the app doesn't work. Then you go to the 24 hour desk and nobody is there. The signage to the hotel is terrible. All the publications say II is next to Citysuites, then the sign directs with an arrow 'up' the walkway, next to a building with a big 'citysuites' sign on it. So everyone goes past it (when it is actually that building). Mentioned it to reception to be helpful, and they just said 'well you made it here' The toilet flooded, issue with the flush even 'empty' The safe batteries were dead.

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Manchester. We wanted a hotel close to the AO Arena as we were attending an awards event. With so many places to choose from in Manchester, how lucky were we to choose CitySuites! From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. The staff were professional, welcoming and genuinely helpful, and our apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Even before we arrived, I’d messaged CitySuites for some information and received a reply almost immediately. It’s those little things that show a business really cares about its guests. Breakfast at Embankment Restaurant was included in our stay, which made it excellent value for money, and the restaurant team were wonderful, friendly, professional and so attentive. I actually went over to compliment the team before leaving. One of the waitresses thanked me and explained that they didn’t have a manager on duty that day, so they weren’t sure whether they were doing a good job. Well, they absolutely were! Every member of staff we encountered was a credit to CitySuites and helped make our weekend in Manchester even more special. Great location, beautiful accommodation, excellent value and, most importantly, fantastic people. We would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CitySuites Manchester. Excellent Stay I had a fantastic stay at City Suites. The rooms were really nice and comfortable and the facilities were excellent. The pool and gym were both great and added a lot to the overall experience. Fazal at reception was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, City Suites offered a great experience and fantastic value for the price. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

Big shout out to Bailey who when my children where wanting to draw, produced a colour menu and went out her way to hunt down crayons to make my kids happy, Ill be back ✅️
