They need to be more transparent when selling their service. They failed to explain that if you sign up for 1 month, you will actually pay for 2 because you need to give 1 month cancellation notice. A lesson to always read the small print and don't accept what the sales associate is telling you! They automatically opt you into extras such as tea/coffee, and additional cloud storage. You have to physically opt out but that is not explained. You have a to pay 1 month retainer in advance but be prepared to wait several months after your cancellation period to receive the monies back. Would not use this service again.

Ladies here are so welcoming and will help with anything, once you've been signed up then it's a different level of service. Several times payment could not be taken so snotty email recieved and post refused amd returned, yet the issue wasnt mind end as money was there in the bank. Quick to end your services without resolving first or making a call. Ended my contract. Nice building, well maintained.
